What Plotler is
One workspace for a development business, in Pakistani rupees: the inventory and price book, leads and bookings, instalment schedules and collections, a double-entry ledger, and an app where each buyer follows their own account. Each part shares the same record of every unit, buyer and payment, so a receipt recorded at the counter is in the ledger, the buyer’s app and the owner’s reports at once.
Who it is for
Developers of housing societies, plotted schemes and towers, and everyone in their office who handles a unit, a buyer or a payment. Each person signs in with their own role and sees what that role needs:
- Owner
- Admin
- Sales manager
- Sales agent
- Accountant
- Collections officer
- Project director
- Site supervisor
- QA inspector
- Procurement
- Marketing
- Auditor
Their buyers use the buyer app, and the brokers who sell for them have a portal of their own.
