A plot sale, step by step

  1. The master plan, plot by plot

A plot grid per block, coloured by status: available, reserved, booked or sold. Click a plot to open its price, buyer, schedule and history.

  2. A plot sells

The plot is held, booked with its payment plan, then sold. The plan changes colour for everyone, and the history records who changed it and when.

  3. Reminders, on your schedule

Set how many days before and after a due date buyers are reminded, by WhatsApp or email, with a link to pay what is due.

  4. Paid and posted

The buyer pays the instalment in the buyer app; the receipt posts to the ledger and shows on their statement of account.

The master plan the whole office reads

Phases and blocks are the levels of the project, named the way you name them. Plots keep their size in marla, kanal, square feet or square yards, and farmhouses and shops are units too.

Inventory for the project Al-Karim Heights, Phase 2: 300 units, 48 available, 79 booked, 173 sold, and a master-plan grid of every plot by block, coloured by status.

What changes for a housing society

Corner, park and boulevard
The premiums societies charge are part of the price book, with a base price per plot type and prices for single plots.
Holds that lapse by themselves
Reserve a plot for a buyer for a set time. Expired holds are released automatically and the history is kept.
Demand notices and surcharges
First, second and third notices from your own templates, late-payment surcharges by your policy, and waivers or new schedules through approval.
Cheques as they really behave
Post-dated, deposited, cleared or bounced, with the charge for a bounced cheque.
NOCs and documents
NOCs from CDA, RDA, LDA and other authorities with their conditions and dates, and a document vault for title and approval papers.
Brokers and campaigns
A portal where brokers register clients and track commission, and campaign landing pages with QR codes for the plots you are selling.

Collections, and the buyer’s side of it

Officers see what is due and who to call today. Buyers see their schedule and receipts and pay from their phone.

How collections workWhat buyers get

  • A unit in the buyer app: plot B-24-07 in Al-Karim Heights, Phase 2, 57 % paid with price and balance, the next instalment, a Pay in advance button, the sales contact, and the payment schedule.
  • Receipts for a unit in the buyer app: each receipt number with date, payment method (JazzCash, bank transfer) and amount, with a download button.
Collections overview: amount due this week, collected today, overdue and days sales outstanding, a chart of overdue amounts by age, and a work queue of collection tasks, demand notices and uncleared cheques.

Building a tower too? Towers get a floor stack.
