Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A trial is a full workspace on the Growth plan for 14 days and needs no card. When it ends the workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe; nothing is deleted.
How does yearly billing work?
A yearly plan costs the same as 10 months of the monthly price: 2 months free, paid once a year.
What happens when we reach a limit?
Nothing is blocked or deleted that you already have. Adding beyond the limit (another project, staff user or unit) asks you to move up a plan; message and AI use warns you at 80 % and 100 %.
Can we change plans later?
Yes, at any time. Moving up starts the new plan at once with the unused part of the old one credited; moving down keeps all your data and only stops new additions above the lower plan’s limits.
How do we pay?
Bisols issues an invoice in Pakistani rupees for each period. You can pay by bank transfer, and online once Plotler’s own payment accounts are switched on.
Do buyers and brokers count as users?
No. Plans count your staff users. Your buyers use the buyer app and your brokers use the broker portal without using a staff seat.
