1.About these terms
These terms are an agreement between Bisols, a registered software company with offices in Islamabad, Dubai and the United Kingdom (“Bisols”, “we”, “us”), and the business that opens a Plotler workspace (“you”).
The person who accepts these terms, by signing up, by signing an order form or by using Plotler, confirms that they are authorised to bind that business. If you have signed a separate written agreement with Bisols, that agreement prevails where it differs from these terms.
These terms include the Privacy Policy, the Refund and Cancellation policy and the Acceptable Use policy.
2.The service
Plotler is software for property developers, provided online at app.plotler.com and the addresses we publish. It gives you a workspace for your company and projects, a buyer app your buyers sign in to, and a portal for the brokers you work with. The features available to you are those of your plan and add-ons, as shown on the pricing page and in Settings → Plan and usage.
We improve Plotler continually. We may change, add or retire features, but we will not remove a feature that is central to your plan during a period you have paid for without giving you notice and, where the change materially reduces the service, a fair remedy.
3.Your workspace and users
- You choose who in your organisation gets a login and which role each person has. Each person must have their own login.
- You are responsible for what is done in your workspace by your users, and for issuing, resetting and switching off the logins of your buyers, their family members and your brokers.
- Keep passwords and authenticator devices secure. Owners, admins and accountants must use an authenticator unless your owner switches that policy off, which we advise against.
- Tell us at once at hello@bisols.com if you believe a login has been misused. We may lock a login we believe is compromised.
4.Free trial and pilot
A new workspace starts with a free trial of 14 days, with no card needed. Nothing is charged for the trial. If you have not subscribed when the trial ends, the workspace becomes read-only: your users can still sign in, read and export, and nothing is deleted.
Where we agree a pilot with you in writing, you may use Plotler free for 30 days before choosing a plan, on the terms of that agreement.
5.Plans, fees and invoices
- Plans are priced per workspace in Pakistani rupees and billed monthly or yearly, as you choose. A yearly plan costs the monthly price for 10 months.
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added to the invoice where the law requires.
- We issue an invoice in PKR before each billing period begins and email it to your billing contacts; it is also in Settings → Plan and usage. Each invoice shows its due date, which is 7 days after it is issued unless the invoice says otherwise.
- Where your buyers pay online through Plotler, a fee of 0.5 % of the amounts collected through the payment gateways in a period is added to the next invoice.
- Add-ons are billed with your plan for the same period. Usage over a soft limit is billed only where your plan says so.
- You can pay by bank transfer to the account on the invoice or online through Bisols’ own JazzCash or EasyPaisa merchant account. An invoice is paid when the full amount reaches us.
- Your subscription keeps the price of the plan version you subscribed to. We may change prices for later periods by giving you at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal; the new price applies from that renewal.
- An issued invoice is never edited. If an invoice is wrong, we correct it with a credit note.
6.Late payment
We send reminders before and after an invoice falls due. If an invoice stays unpaid:
- 14 days after the due date the workspace becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in, read, export and pay, but nothing new can be recorded.
- 30 days after the due date the workspace is suspended: your staff see only the billing page until the invoice is paid.
Throughout, your buyers can still sign in, see their receipts and pay their instalments, and your brokers can still use their portal. Paying the overdue amount restores the workspace at once. Nothing is deleted or changed because of late payment.
7.Changing your plan
- An owner or admin can ask to move to another plan from Settings → Plan and usage; we make the change and confirm it. When you move during a paid period, the unused part of what you paid is credited on your next invoice.
- Moving to a smaller plan never deletes or hides your records. If you are over a limit of the smaller plan, you can keep everything you have but cannot add more of that thing until you are back within the limit.
- Staff users, projects and units are firm limits. Messages, AI requests and storage are soft limits: we warn your owners as you approach them, and past a margin we pause non-essential sending such as broadcasts and AI writing, while receipts, sign-in codes, statements and reminders always go out.
8.Your data
You own the data you and your users put into Plotler, including your buyers’ records (“your data”). You give Bisols permission to host, copy, process and transmit your data only as needed to provide, secure and support Plotler for you.
You can export your data at any time from Settings → Data export. We do not sell your data and do not use it to market to your buyers. We may use counts and measurements of how Plotler is used, which do not identify you, your buyers or your users, to run and improve the service.
9.Your responsibilities
- Use Plotler lawfully and in line with the Acceptable Use policy.
- Make sure you are entitled to give us the personal data you put into Plotler and that you have told your buyers, brokers and staff how you use it.
- Check the figures Plotler works out from your settings. Prices, payment plans, surcharges, tax codes, withholding rates and approval limits are yours to set and confirm; Plotler applies them as you configure them. Plotler helps you keep records, but your tax filings, regulatory approvals (including NOCs from development authorities) and statements to buyers remain your responsibility.
- Check what Plotler’s AI features write or read before you rely on it or send it. AI output can be wrong.
10.Payments from your buyers
When your buyers pay online, they pay through your own merchant account with JazzCash or EasyPaisa, under your agreement with that provider. The money goes to you, not to Bisols. Bisols is not a payment service provider, does not hold your buyers’ money and is not a party to your merchant agreement.
Plotler records a receipt when the gateway confirms a payment. We are not responsible for a gateway’s failure, delay or refusal, or for a payment that a gateway reports wrongly; where a payment cannot be confirmed automatically, Plotler holds it for your accountant to check.
11.Services you connect
You may connect services of other companies to your workspace, such as a WhatsApp Business account through Meta, Facebook or Instagram lead forms, Google Ads lead forms, an SMS gateway or your payment merchant accounts. Your use of each is governed by that company’s terms, which you are responsible for following. We are not responsible for those services, and we may stop supporting one if its provider changes or withdraws it.
12.Support and support access
We provide support by email, phone and WhatsApp from 9:00 to 18:00 Pakistan time, Monday to Saturday. A service level agreement applies only where we have agreed one with you in writing.
Plotler support can see inside your workspace only when an owner or admin grants access from Settings, for the time and level of access they choose, which they can end at any time. Every action taken by support is recorded in your audit log. In an emergency affecting the security or integrity of the service, or where the law requires, a Plotler super admin may open access without a grant, recording the reason; your owners are told at once.
13.Availability
We work to keep Plotler available and to fix problems quickly, and we publish its status at app.plotler.com/status. We may need to take Plotler offline briefly for maintenance; where we can, we will do so outside Pakistani business hours and give notice. Plotler depends on hosting, network and messaging providers outside our control, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
14.Intellectual property
Plotler, its software, designs and documentation belong to Bisols or its licensors. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Plotler for your business while your subscription is in force. You may not copy, resell, sub-license or reverse-engineer Plotler, except where the law does not allow this to be restricted. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
15.Confidentiality
Each of us will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential, use it only for the purpose of this agreement and protect it with reasonable care. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, was already known to it, or must be disclosed by law or court order (in which case, where allowed, the other party will be told first).
16.Warranties
We will provide Plotler with reasonable skill and care. Apart from that, and to the extent the law allows, Plotler is provided “as is”, and we give no other warranty, express or implied, including of fitness for a particular purpose.
17.Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable to the other for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect or consequential loss, and each party’s total liability under these terms in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid Bisols for Plotler in those 12 months.
These limits do not apply to your obligation to pay fees, to a breach of confidentiality, to fraud, or to anything else the law does not allow to be limited.
18.Indemnity
You will compensate Bisols for claims by third parties, including your buyers, arising from your data, your dealings with your buyers and brokers, the messages you send through Plotler, or your breach of these terms or of the law, provided we tell you promptly of the claim and let you control its defence.
19.Cancelling and closing
- An owner can cancel at any time by writing to hello@bisols.com from an owner’s email address; we confirm the cancellation in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the Refund and Cancellation policy explains what is refunded.
- When a workspace is closed, your staff can still sign in to read and export your data for 90 days. You can also ask us for an export during that time.
- After that period we may permanently delete the workspace and its files. Only a Plotler super admin can do this, and it is recorded in our audit log. Copies in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle, within 30 days.
20.Suspension for misuse
We may suspend a login, a feature or a workspace without waiting if it is being used in breach of the Acceptable Use policy, threatens the security of Plotler or other customers, or where the law requires it. We will tell you why and restore it as soon as the problem is resolved. If a serious breach is not remedied within 30 days of our written notice, we may end these terms.
21.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of a change that is not in your favour, by email to your owners and in the app, and publish the new version here with its date. Plotler records the version each workspace accepted and when. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel before it takes effect.
22.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to settle any dispute by discussion between senior people on both sides for 30 days. If that fails, the courts at Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
23.General
- Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
- You may not transfer this agreement without our consent. We may transfer it to a successor to the Plotler business, with notice to you.
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
- Notices to Bisols go to hello@bisols.com; notices to you go to your workspace owners’ email addresses.
