Acceptable Use

Plotler is for running a property development business: selling and managing units, collecting payments, keeping accounts and serving buyers. This policy sets out what may not be done with it. It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses a workspace, including its buyers and brokers.

• Do not use Plotler for fraud, money laundering, or to record or hide transactions you know to be unlawful.
• Do not advertise or sell a project, plot or unit you are not entitled to sell, and do not describe a project as approved by a development authority, or holding an NOC, that it does not hold.
• Do not upload content you have no right to use, or that is defamatory, obscene or infringes anyone’s rights.
• Do not collect or use personal data in breach of the law, including identity card numbers and copies you hold about buyers and brokers.

• Send WhatsApp, SMS and email only to people who have dealt with you or asked to hear from you, and stop when they ask you to. Plotler never sends a broadcast to a number that has opted out; do not work around this, for example by re-entering the number.
• Respect the quiet hours Plotler applies to reminders and broadcasts, and follow the policies of Meta for WhatsApp Business and of your SMS provider.
• Do not send messages that are misleading about prices, payment terms, approvals or possession dates.
• Do not use demand notices, reminders or surcharges to harass or threaten a buyer.
• Add a buyer’s friend as a referral only if that friend is happy to be contacted.

• Give every person their own login with the role they need. Do not share logins or passwords.
• Do not try to reach another workspace’s data, a buyer account that is not yours, or parts of Plotler your role does not allow.
• Switch off the logins of people who leave your organisation.

• Do not probe, scan or test the security of Plotler without our written permission. Report weaknesses to hello@bisols.com instead.
• Do not upload malicious code, or overload Plotler with automated requests, scraping or load tests.
• Do not copy, reverse-engineer or resell Plotler, or get around its plan limits or usage controls.

Use Plotler’s AI features for your own business records. Check what they write or read before relying on it or sending it, and do not use them to produce misleading messages or documents.

We may remove content, pause a feature such as broadcasts, or suspend a login or workspace to stop a breach, and we will tell the workspace owners why. Serious or repeated breaches may lead us to end the subscription under the Terms of Service. Where the law requires, we may report unlawful activity to the authorities.
