A tower sale, step by step

  1. The floor stack, live

Each tower’s floors stacked as the building stands, every apartment coloured by status. Click one to open its price, buyer, schedule and history.

  2. Booked on the ninth floor

An agent quotes the apartment from the price book, the buyer signs the booking on screen with a one-time code, and the stack turns booked for the whole office.

  3. The instalment, from the buyer’s phone

Reminders go out before the due date with a pay link. The buyer pays by JazzCash or EasyPaisa through your own merchant account.

  4. Into the ledger

The receipt posts to the double-entry ledger when the payment is confirmed, and the buyer sees it in the app with their statement.

  5. What the owner sees

Collections, bookings, overdue accounts and approvals waiting, project by project, on the home dashboard.

The floor stack is the unit picker

Towers and floors are the levels of the project, named the way you name them. Apartments, shops, offices and parking bays are units of their own, each with its type, size in square feet, facing and status.

Inventory for the tower project Al-Karim Residency: 96 units, 34 available, 12 booked, 50 sold, and the floor stack of Tower A, floors 1 to 8 with four apartments each and the basement parking bays, every unit coloured by status.

What changes for a tower developer

Prices by floor and corner
A base price per unit type, with floor adjustments and a corner premium in the price book. Old books are kept with their dates.
Shops, offices and parking
Mixed-use towers keep their shops, offices and parking bays as units beside the apartments, each sold and paid for the same way.
Import the whole tower
Upload your Excel or CSV with the tower template, see every problem row by row, then import it in one go.
Payment plans to possession
Down payment, monthly, quarterly or yearly instalments, balloon payments and a possession amount, with possession pending and delivered as statuses.
Construction by tower
Milestones by tower with weights and planned and actual dates, site photos and checks, and updates your buyers read in the app.
Transfers and resale
Transfers to a new buyer, cancellations and refunds, each with its documents and approvals. Buyers ask for a transfer from the app.

Collections, and the buyer’s side of it

Officers see what is due and who to call today. Buyers see their schedule and receipts and pay from their phone.

How collections workWhat buyers get

  • A unit in the buyer app: plot B-24-07 in Al-Karim Heights, Phase 2, 57 % paid with price and balance, the next instalment, a Pay in advance button, the sales contact, and the payment schedule.
  • Receipts for a unit in the buyer app: each receipt number with date, payment method (JazzCash, bank transfer) and amount, with a download button.
Collections overview: amount due this week, collected today, overdue and days sales outstanding, a chart of overdue amounts by age, and a work queue of collection tasks, demand notices and uncleared cheques.

Selling plots too? Societies get a plot grid per block.
