Your buyers’ account with you, on their phone.
Each buyer signs in to see their units, what they have paid and what is due next. They pay the next instalment, keep every receipt, download their documents, follow construction and raise a complaint, without calling the office.
What they owe, and a way to pay it
Every unit shows its price, what has been paid, the balance and the next instalment, with the full payment schedule beneath.
Pay online
Pay now settles everything due to date, including any late surcharge, or the buyer chooses another amount up to the balance to pay in advance. Payment happens on the secure page of your own JazzCash or EasyPaisa merchant account: a JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet, or a debit or credit card on JazzCash’s page.
The money goes to your merchant account, not to Plotler. Once the payment is confirmed, the receipt is created, posted to your ledger and appears in the buyer’s app by itself.
Statements on demand
A statement of account for any period, since booking, this year or the last twelve months, as a PDF, and the payment schedule of each unit made fresh from your current records.

Every receipt and paper in one place
Buyers stop asking the office for copies, because they already have them.

Receipts
Each payment, online, by bank transfer, cheque or cash at your office, is listed with its receipt number, date, method and amount, and downloads as a PDF.

Documents
Booking papers, agreements, letters, statements, receipts and notices you issue to the buyer, and the approval letters and NOCs of their project that you choose to share.

Construction they can follow
Progress of each project the buyer has bought in, and the weekly update your site team writes, with photos once it is published.
Updates and notices
A weekly update reaches buyers only after someone other than its writer publishes it. Notices go to every buyer or to one project, and a demand notice for an overdue instalment appears here for the buyer it concerns.
Help, family and sign-in
Complaints and requests
A buyer raises a complaint about a unit or anything else and gets a ticket number. Your service desk replies in the app and the buyer follows each step: open, in progress, resolved, closed. Requests to transfer or resell a unit are raised the same way, by the buyer only.
Family access
The buyer can give up to five family members their own sign-in. They see the same units, payments and documents and can pay on the buyer’s behalf; the buyer can remove them at any time.
Sign-in your office issues
The user ID is the mobile number on the booking. Your office creates the login from the customer’s page and shares a temporary password, and the buyer chooses their own at first sign-in. Sign-in with a WhatsApp code can be switched on for your workspace once WhatsApp is connected.
On the home screen
It opens in the phone’s browser and installs to the home screen like any other app, on Android with one tap and on iPhone from Safari’s Share menu. When the connection drops it says so, and keeps what is already on screen.
Your name on it
The app carries your company’s name, logo and colours, and each unit shows the buyer’s sales contact to call or message on WhatsApp. The White-label buyer app is an add-on at Rs 10,000 a month, included in the Scale and Enterprise plans.
If a subscription payment to Plotler is ever late, your buyers can still sign in, see their receipts and pay their instalments.
Show your buyers what they have paid
We will set up a buyer login on a demo workspace and take you through it on a phone, from the first sign-in to a receipt.
