What it does
- Suppliers and contractors
- NTN, STRN, filer status, payment terms, cost account, withholding code and bank details. A change of bank details goes to the owner.
- Bills to the ledger
- Record a bill with its lines and project; it posts against the supplier. Voiding a bill reverses it.
- Supplier payments by approval
- Pay one or more bills at once, with tax withheld at the supplier’s rate, approved by value and paid from a bank account.
- Aged payables
- What you owe by supplier, current and by how late, as at any date.
- Staff, attendance and leave
- Staff records and salary history, attendance by project, leave requests and balances, and check-in on the phone at the site.
- The monthly salary run
- Pay for days worked, agents’ commission, income tax, EOBI and advance recovery, approved by the owner, posted and paid, with a bank transfer list and payslips.
- Salary advances
- Requested by the employee or HR, approved by the owner, paid from the bank and recovered from salary.
